As the captioned title says.. everything is now back to basics. Starting afresh soon in a new department and starting my healthy lifestyle once again. It really makes me feel so fresh after exercising. <3 evening runs.

New department. New career path. New colleagues and new beginning. Look forward and yet I am so aware of the stress ahead of me. 800 over pair of eyes are waiting to see how high or far i soar. It won't be easy but I am ready to take the challenge.

It is now or never. Memories or regrets.

I am so lucky today. System win for 4 digits bought with colleagues. Gamble at Grandaunt's place, picked 5 Dragons from Ban Luck. "Lo Dim" and kena 3 "Kings"!! Though all are small wins but I am satisfied and happy enough! =)

What a good way to end CNY. May all the good things continue to come my way in the year of the dragon. =)

TAIPEI ESCAPADE

23RD JAN TILL 28TH JAN

First day in Taipei!! Many memories! Memories of the days during NS when I roam Taipei with my bros during R&R. Xi Men Ding, Wu Fen Pu, Shi Lin Night Market etc....

Visited Xi Men Ding. Did not take much pics as this is my 3rd trip back here. Proceeded to Taipei 101 but due to the rain, it was not worth to go up. Hence, as advised by the friendly ticketing staff we decided to go back another day.

Went to Hua Xi Jie Night Market. Did not took any photos because it was drizzling. Can't wet my camera. Was really jet lag and fatigue from work, we ended the day early and headed back to rest for the day.

Here I am at Dan Shui on Day 2. It is a beautiful place with nice scenery but... the rain have to spoil it all. Unable to take much pics but it was still fun and relaxing to stroll around Dan Shui. Proceeded to Mordern Toilet at Xi Men Ding for lunch, shopped around and went to Shi Lin Night Market.

Shi Lin Night Market have shifted. Again, the rain refrained me from snapping more photos. ~Big Sigh~ Anyway the relocated Shi Lin was really not a good and safe one. It is underground. Too packed with many rude and uncivilised China tourists squeezing and snatching for food ~pisses me off to the max~ Unsafe because if any mishaps or fire hazards were to occur, it is damn hard for one to escape in such a squeezy and small area. I still prefer the old Shi Lin. =)

It's Day 3 and something new!! This is a MUST go! Great food, ambience, decor and service. It is called Wu Jiao Chuan Ban. If you watch variety shows, this place is often being recommended. Really love the superb interior decor and dining beside a BIG koi pond simply just adds on to the mood. Price is reasonable and food was good!! Especially the capuccino and the muah chee that comes with it.

As the weather starts to clear up, we headed back to Taipei 101. Quite misty though but the view is indeed awesome. The lift is SUPER fast. Within less than 2 mins you will reach level 89 from level 5. Bought some souvenirs and went to walk around Zhong Xiao Fu Xin station after visiting Hello Kitty Streets Cafe where we were told that we need to do advance booking. Saw a great local dinner place and was salivating over the Cordyceps Duck Vermicelli. BEST!! Visited Lin Jiang Night Market thereafter for more food and shopping before we call it a day. Well, Lin Jiang is just too packed for me to whip out my camera to take pics. I was also busy munching away the good foodies there too. HAHA!!

Today we visited Chiang Kiak Sek Memorial Hall. Enjoyed the exhibitions there and amazed by the structure of the Memorial Hall. Really big!! Saw the change of command parade for the guards too. Indeed I have to say that the marching steps and weapon holding is just too complicated and difficult to master. I put my hats off these Taiwanese. Men in Singapore.. you are lucky we were not asked to march the way the Taiwanese did. It is just too tough!

OK... I believe all those Hello Kitty fans out there have been waiting for very long..... HELLO KITTY STREETS CAFE. Nice desserts, decent price, delicate pastries and beautiful decor! All Hello Kitty fans will be sworn over. My aunt did. Haha!!! To me.. it's really unique!

We went back to Xi Men Ding for STAGE!! Well, if you do travel to Taiwan, do visit STAGE! It is really so damn much cheaper than Singapore. I bought a Tee for myself at only SGD$50 plus. Worth it huh!! Thereafter, we went Shi Da Night Market. It was crazy! The crowd there is just sooo packed. Full of students from Shi Da University. Many great shops around selling very fashionable clothes. Too packed again and the drizzle forbids me from camera whoring.

Day 5!! Time flies... Visited Sun Yat Sun Memorial Hall after breakfast at a local snack bar selling great pancakes and sandwiches. =)

Love the exhibitions in there telling us about the lives of the Taiwanese since the olden days till today's Taiwan success today. Felling of nostalgia too as I view many of those antiques and stuffs that I have ever seen my granny used when I was a little boy.

This is my favourite and most excited of for this whole trip! JAY CHOU'S restaurant, Mr J. French Italian Restaurant. Damn nice sia the place plus he serves great pasta and italian cuisine! I am like a little fan walking up and down the restaurant with my EPL1 snapping happily away. I'll never forget and the next trip, I want to visit his other restaurant! =D

Lastly, I visited the shopping paradise, Wu Fen Pu. If I do visit this place in summer, I will go bankrupt! Great shopping here. Bought many clothes too. Had very nice cuttlefish, papaya milk bubble tea and beancurd there too. Lastly, we visited the most crowded night market for this trip, Rao He Night market. It was so crowded until we hardly have time to eat the food there. Nonetheless, it is still a very nice place to visit.

Last day lo!! Last look of this beautiful and vibrant city. Some last minute shopping before I head home. I would definitely want to visit Taipei again. It is a place for you to eat, shop, relax, chill and rejuvenate. Taipei, hope to visit you again soon. =D

Reminisce Taipei & Moving Forward

I miss Taipei. The time spent there is all about shopping and eating. I love my Olympus EPL1 and I definitely love photography. =D

Things are more or less being finalised and settled. 15th Feb shall be the start of my new portfolio in a somehow different work environment. I look forward to the possibility of travelling trips and the new stuffs that I will be working on. I hope this change is good and a rewarding one.

Ok.. time to turn in and I will post pics of my 26th Bday & Taipei Escapade tomorrow. =)

A New Chapter of Eden's Career & Life Unfolds in Dragon Year

Finally the CNY fair is over. Had a great part time team and several enthusiastic and hardworking part timers whom put in so much efforts to make everything run so smoothly. Great sales performance too. Thank you all and especially Ron.

With all the fatigue and tiredness from the fair, I embarked on my 6 days of Taiwan Escapade. Life there revolves around food, shop, slacking & sleeping. Shiokness to the max! Back to work yesterday and the news came. Sudden, shocking, appalled and overwhelming. I thought it was a dream. Just when I felt that I should move on, i reached my career turning point. It will be tough and challenging. I believe I can persevere through. I look forward to it. This is my first time experiencing things like that.

Like what the Zodiac Signs says.. is 2012 a good year for Ox? I seriously hope so.

Will post pictures soon. My Bintan Trip & Taiwan Trip. It's been a long time I am so free to actively post pictures and blog. =)

A different Xmas 2011

Had a rather different Xmas 2011. A more relaxing and less hyper one this year.

As humans age, people see things differently and expectations change. No longer are the days when I yearn for a super high or exciting Xmas. This year all I wanted was to go slow and just enjoy every moment with my frenz. I did it and I enjoyed it.

I learnt something this Xmas. Life is really precious and we really have to cherish every single moment. Today's incident at work really let me see life in another perspective. Sometimes we just have to stay satisfied. Be satisfied with whatever we have and never risk your life to do something just for the sake of your face or dignity. An enjoyable Xmas occasion that turned into tragic for this family. An injured Father, frantically busy mother, disappointed daughter, upset and heartbroken granny and petrified aunt. If he did not gave chase and grab the culprit, things would not have turned out this way. May you get well soon and may the culprit be nabbed soon.

Nontheless, it is one of my most valuable Xmas so far. Merry Xmas everyone!

2.35am

I am still awake. Was so sleepy at 8am that I literally feel into deep sleep till 2am. Now I am awake. All thanks to the idiotic flu bug, cough syrup & flu tablets.

December so far has been good. Reinstated my Distinction Degree, got my performance bonus, met up with ex-colleagues & friends, more exercising to a healthier and better looking me, and a step further to knowing her. It was a great dinner and chit chat session. Guess that somehow draws us closer. Though abit but enough. I'm thankful.

Had a job interview too. Even though it wasn't the kind of job I liked but well, at least I get to understand more about the kind of job that I am eventually looking for. I don't know if I will eventually leave my current job because I can noe sense that my bosses are trying to keep me. I do appreciate that but there are many factors in life whereby one eventually looks at in terms of job prospect, salary, opportunities and well.. as many as you may list.

Half of December is gone and I am looking forward to the remaining of 2011. A great meet up with bros on Monday, fun filled xmas party with my usual poly gang and my advanced bday celebration with my crazy colleagues on Boxing Day. =)

A roller coaster ride week

My journey this week was indeed like a roller coaster ride.

Excited that after a month, the exam results will be release. Excited to know how well I did. Happy because on wed i met up with my ex colleagues for dinner, been so long since we met up. Even more tensed up when the night approaches and you know well that when you wake up the next day, the truth will unveil.

My mood fell straight deep into hell when i saw "PASS" for OB. And the marks i got was exactly the same as my combined projects marks. Did I score zero for the exam? After doing so well for my projects, now I am being told I only got a pass? And I am stripped off my Bachelors Degree with Distinction just because of this? I really cannot face the fact, neither could I accept it. Super upset. It was one of my worse day ever. This is the result I produce to show my beloved Dad in heaven? I hated myself back then. Why shall such bad luck fathom on me? I have to appeal and I did. Felt a little better when the coordinator received my appeal email and acknowledged that she will review my case. Waited the whole day and still no reply. sighz.

Thursday morning was just as bad for me. How I wish everything was a dream and I really do not feel like going to work. Nonetheless, I dragged myself out of bed and left for work. While chatting with Jun Long who was trying to console me on Whatsapp, I decided to check my mail box. The moment I saw the incoming mail and the first word from her was "Congratulations!.... you got a overall Distinction ... it was an adminstration error..." I could really feel the damn bloody heavy stone that is sitting on my heart fell off me. It was really an error and i got back 17 marks to pass OB with a Distinction and to graduate with my aim, Bachelors Degree with Distinction. I was really relieved and damn super happy. Glad that I got my highest score in my entire University life for Business Ethics module too.

After 2 years of hard work and sacrifice. It is now finally over. It is time I can move on with life and embrace a new stage of my career and life. I am so glad and blessed. My hard work finally paid off.

Thank you all for showing me support and concern when I was really down. Thanks for all the messages left on my facebook. You guys are the best!! To my boss Yap, thank you so much for believing in me that I could do it. Thank you so much for assuring me that it was all a mistake. Thank you for always giving the trust and faith.

I am still in my celebration mood. After this, I shall really sit down and think about what I step or path I should take next.

December is finally here. It was a good start after all and I shall look forward to the rest of this month. =)

Favourite Time of the year

My favourite time of the year is here again, November and December.

Christmas is around the corner. Love how Singapore hypes up this joyous occasion, the sales, the decorations and the opportunities to meet up with all my friends to celebrate this occasion. This year is a special year for me. There are just so many things to look forward to. Exam results on the first day of December. I really hope I achieve what I aimed for. My first ever time of my life getting a full bonus. All the meet ups with friends before Christmas. Boxing Day gathering with my colleagues. Start of CNY fair. Countdown to 2012. Bintan trip on my 26th Bday early Jan 2012. CNY preparation and Taipei trip with Aunt & Uncle in Jan 2012 too. And then........ the time to move on from my current position to even greater heights and challenges that awaits me.

There are just so many things to look forward to. So many things awaits me. I pray and I hope the last lap of 2011 will be full of happiness, hope and fun. =)

End of University Journey ~fingers crossed~

The verdict will only be out on 1st December. I hope I make it. I hope I achieve wad I aim for.

The feeling is just wonderful. After 2 years of hardwork, sacrifice, time and focus the University journey finally came to an end. Even before entering the Exam hall I smell FREEDOM!!

Everything just great. Looking forward to Verdict Day and Christmas meet up with all friends. Looking forward to celebrating my Birthday in Bintan when January comes with all my besties and Taiwan in January too with Aunt & Uncle. So many stuff to look forward to!

Lastly... THE FEELING IS JUST SUPER DUPER SHIOKNESS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =D

You made the decision to work then you jolly well work. It is not as if you are not paid. Just a cashier job. So tough meh? Stand for a few hours only want to die. Then ppl who have to study part time and work full time leh? Do you know that they are sacrificing sleep, family time, personal time and friends at times just because of the commitment that they have?

So what is the few hours you stand compared to all these? So what if you got something wrong? Others do not have ah? Please la. Dun wan work den F off la. Dun make your problem others problem.

Why do I have to face all these shit? It is fair to those freaks out there. So is it fair to me?

Some random thoughts and experiences of the day :

1) In the train this morning, was standing behind one auntie. She extended her hand and was looking at her iphone (like i don't have). I could see that she was learning korean and listening to korean songs (big deal?). When the train reached Toa Payoh, despite commuters alighting and boarding, she did not give way and just stood around and ensured that she have ample space for her "luxury". What's wrong with you? need space? take cab la. inconsiderate freak! When i alighted, i said "excuse me", she turned around look at me and continued her "enjoyment". Sorry, you met me. I pushed her with my bag and shove my way out irrgardless of her presence. So what? I dont give a shit to you since you do ot give a shit to others. irritants!

2) Was having dinner at Yoshinoya. Saw a sec sch boy eating alone. His order was more than mine when mine already cost me $9.60. During my sec sch days, fastfood is already a luxury. And do note that during those days prices of fastfood have not escalated to the prices of today. Don't you think that nowadays kids are leading life way too good?

3) Was at NTUC finest J8, and guess what there were self checkout kiosks! The best is no one was queuing. So I did and guess what I checked out myself and was even faster than those in the queue! NTUC truely has applied Self Service Technologies (SST) in its operations and I really find that it is convenient! Well, I could also observe that Singaporeans are like less receptive to such services. Nontheless, I feel that it is good and could ease the waiting in long queues at supermarkets.

4) And the news reported that the world's stock prices collapsed today! Is the world economy moving downwards again? ~ I Wonder ~

Goodbye July, Goodbye ICT!

Hello August! The month when I start to get real busy!

Back to work on Sunday, cleared email the whole day and some paper work.

Yesterday was a Meeting Marathon from 10am till 6pm. And yes, no lunch break for me till meeting ended! Lost my card holder and there goes my $14, EZ Link card and tazi claim. ~SIGHZ!~

Monday ended with OB class and was reminded during class that "I NEED TO START DOING MY INDIVIDUAL REPORT!" ~ have not started!~

Today gonna be busy with REPORTS REPORTS REPORTS!!! ~monthly routine~

Moving forward.... yup, projects to accomplish! Event coming! Class Test coming! The beginning half of 2012 is gonna be a busy and hectic one. Well, its the last lap of my Uni studies. Gotta hang in there!!!!!!!! It will be soon... over!!

Yup! as the captioned subject says.. i am attending my 2nd year high key ICT. not that bad after all. I am halfway through and look forward to going back to work next sunday!

well, i am now into my last lap of my degree! if nothing goes wrong I would successfully graduate this year. Everything shall end in November.

life gonna get real busy soon starting August with events, work, lectures, projects, assignments and the list just goes on.....................................

there are simply too many stuffs to go through and hurdles to clear. nontheless, i shall take each task 1 by 1. shall not stress myself so much as how i did previously. letting natural takes its course and yet at the same time not compromising on delivering positive results. shall make the best out of i can as i move towards the second half of this year! =)

My mum wants a new TV. She suggest we each fork out some money. My bro is unwilling to pay and went to take a older TV from my aunt and uncle. My mum disagrees with it and still wants a new TV. My aunt and uncle says that since we seldom watch den why buy a new TV? And say that we are unappreciative for my bro kindness and since we r so smart we can buy a new one ourselves and slams the phone on me.

Tell me! I am now the one having to pay for most of the costs and I am the one being lashed at. So now what am I suppose to do?

I'm back after missing for more than 1 month! What was i up to? Work, exams and recently wisdom tooth extraction. I'm on MC this few days hence, the time to blog!

Life had been quite fruitful despite that there are many downs as compared to ups. Put it that way, I am more concerned on downs rather than ups! Well, only from downs will you be able to lead a better life! Mistakes were made and lessons was learnt. Be it at work, school or well.. any other areas of me and my life.

Half of 2011 is almost gone and I look forward to the second half of 2011. I hope that and I will work harder to make the 2nd part of 2011 a better one!

Back to my healthy lifestyle. Have been exercising lately. Jogging n swimming so far. Work life after my exams will be very busy especially towards the 2nd half of this year. I am really wondering how i will be able to cope in my final semester. I hope I can make it. So many events, promotions, renovation and paper work. And a disturbing reservist call up in July. Hopefully i can defer successfully in July. Need my timetable for next sem first. Started to open my books to mug for my examz. Need to work hard. I am not expecting very promising grades for my projects. Need to work extra hard to cover up for my examz. In any way I need to maintain my average GPA of 3.o in order to graduate with a Distinction Degree. At no opportunity cost am I gonna let this sem pull me down. Jia you man! Gonna g work soon. Hope today will be a better day! Good day everyone! =)

My Korea trip! That's where I left my blogging..........

Now I am back. Back to reality and was busy all these while.

Work was good. Gained recognition and motivation to do better. But a little disappointed not being able to be upgraded. Reality is just cruel. No one as ever climbed so fast within less than 1 year in the company.

School was sucky. Horrible Strategic Marketing lecturer. Unable to get my expected results this sem. Not with the kind of comments that idiot gave. Well, he mentioned... a bare pass. First time in my Uni life!

Projects wasn't smooth sailing. Not everyone cooperate. And some people just contradict things they say. Is it my problem or is it that these people just do not mean what they say? Or they just wan to be irritating? I dunno!

Lost. I am lost. Dunno what i wan to do and achieve next. Please guide me.

It has been some time since i blogged. busy and tired recently.

5 years ago i made a decision to forget her. i put aside my feelings and moved on with life. On and off i met many other suitable girls but none made it. all bcoz i am unable to take another 1 step further. or there isn't any infinity at all.

5 years ago we walked our own path and our path crossed each other once again 5 years later. I thought all was over. But all he while i was decieving myself. The wound was torn open once again. The pain you inflicted was deep. Is it hatred? Or is it that i cannot tolerate seeing you cheating other guys? I feel so sorry for you that your life is like that. My heart still aches.

Why didn't I move on? I don't want to go through the same old thing again. I am afraid of failure. However, not many people know why. Even my closest ones don't know. I am in my mid 20s. The prime time of a person's life and I am being asked to find a partner soon. Vexed. They do not understand why. The sadest thing is one even asked if i like guys. Firstly, dinner as at HOT STONE @ CLARKE QUAY........

The tube u see sucks in the hot air and smoke from the hot stones used to cook our food. Must be guessing why no food photos rite? The food was *slurps*!!! Busy eating that i forgot all about taking pics!! Love the codfish, wagyu beef, scallop and lobster! They also serve the best spaghetti i ever tasted. This is a must try but... it's also quite costly! =)

Can't decide where to go so went to Indochine but found the place not quite suitable for the occasion. However, the interior decor of the bar spiced up the Halloween mood. Snap a few pics before leaving.

We were enjoying the mood of Halloween and saw many interesting characters along the way ... so took pics with them!

that was nothing. really nothing. and yet to his limit is maximum. it is pretty sad for him and them.

i worry on day no.2. there are 18 more days to bear. i dunno how but it is just painful. when i am buried with work i tend to forget but when i am back to reality, i hurt. i pray for his safety every now and then.

how i wish that i could turn back time and prevent all these mishaps from happening. How i wish i could save him from facing such a tough and horrifying consequence.

i cannot imagine the kind of pain one would have to go through in there and yet my close one is going to. yet i have to keep it a secret and put on a mask to pretend nothing has happen. i live everyday with a heavy heart. i feel so helpless standing there and unable to do anything. heart pain.

i hope the 20 days will pass by in a flash. i look forward to the release and the joy of seeing him home. for now... i could only bear the pain in me and pray that things will be smooth for him. please help me dad and make him safe.

I finally received that call on tues. i tot its tough since he wanted to meet me again. i assume he could not decide and wanted to meet the candidate again. so i went again on wed. Guess what?? It's not an interview. I was called in to know the outcome. I can still vividly remember his last few words before he shook hands and left the room.

"When can you start work?"

The first time i encounter such interview. Was quite shocked. Happy!

The next day was my TP. Shivers and jitters!! During the practice before test, many mistakes were made and i felt that i wouldn't make it through again. My left leg controlling the clutch was shivering non stop throughout the test. After making through the 6 tests in circuit and was told to go on the road my confidence level went up a little. Ensured safety and make sure that i follow all the rules that i should. When i drove back and reached the office my heart beat even faster. I was called in and my heart skipped when i saw the word PASSED! Was even more happy with the demerit points i got. Finally i got my driving license! Thank you Steven for all the training you had provided me. Appreciate it lots.

Good things have been coming its way. I hope it will never end. =)

Reservist was not as bad as i thought. to a certain extent it was pretty fun. reminsce good old times with fellow recee troopers and outfield training. less regimental too... more ba long long.. haha! =D

Been thinking alot and maybe due to influence from those who will be moving on, i somehow feel that i should too and i took the first step. under paid and hectic work load. no prospects and agitating at times too. sighz! a nice environment to work with but it just lack those mentioned above. Had my first interview today and i tink i stand 70% chance? hopefully....

After logging in to blogger, i noticed that i had 699 posts in this blog. And this one that i am typing now is my 700th! WOW!!! i really had many things to say... =)

A satisfying week for me. Unexpected good exam results! It is a really good start for me. I shall work even harder next sem to maintain it! Saw my total department sales for May and there was a double digit percentage jump as compared to the same time last year! Double happiness! So glad that things have been rather smooth sailing and doing well for me. Now.. comes the difficult task of doing even better and better as my work load and study will double up in the months to come.

Recently I saw many of my frens around me talking about settling down and also upcoming weddings to attend. Guess it is really common for people at my age to start the topic of settling down. Don't ask me when is it for me. I still have a long way to go. Maybe i can also put it in this way that I am happy with my current status. Carefree and no tie downs. Maybe i am used to it redi. haha.

Looks like after disappearing from the blogging scene for a few months, i am finally back to do some writing here. =)

well... past months were busy for me. with many downs and many unhappy moments, especially at work. life was kind of miserable though. facing nasty people who dun have a life. its just terrible. but really glad that there are people and great colleagues who provided the support through those dark moments. thanks to jason, yu chan, hatijah, kam wai, siti, calvin, phoenix, cindy, amy, shahrin and my 3 ex-staffs, yvonne, sabrina and may who stood by me and gave me the fullest support. really wonder how r you people doing now. have life been better or not?

am i considered lucky? or am i being saved? or am i being taken out for good? when i wanted to leave, i am somehow saved. yes! i chose to believe that i am saved. i believe that people have eyes to see who is right and wrong, between the evil and good. i have a better working environment now and most importantly is that opportunities are given to me. rather than being obstructed. for now i can say, i can put my mind at ease coping with both work and studies. i have plans 1.5 years down the road. i have goals to meet. but in the short run, i can concentrate. i am glad and thankful.

studying have been quite enjoyable for me this semester. hectic and busy but achieve sense of fulfilment at the same time. hope results are good and i can progress to the next semester smoothly. university exams are not as simple as you think okay!! STRESS AR!!!!!!!!!

Cobwebs are building up.... so let me write something then......

Theories that are said to be the way and cannot be changed or argued? i hate! most of the time i just cannot understand why it is meant that way. that is why i am a total flunk in accounts.

was doing my revision today and noticed that i simply cannot stand the statistical part of market research. like what they hell are they talking about??????? and i am more interested and "awake" when it comes to buyer behaviour and distribution channel. sounds more interesting right?

apply it to real world. it is quite true of me. ask me to stay a routine life that is always do dead. i'll die. that is why i hated army time so much. just cannot stand all the rules and bla bla bla. when i am stagnant at work. always doing the same things, i'll get bored easily. when i get a change, even for a short time, to do something fresh, i am "alive" once again. so i look forward to atrium events, sales, expo, conducting training.. and the list goes on....

well... i am a guy who needs changes. to get in touch with new things or something different. but with changes that are logical and with common sense. not changes which some idiots do who makes no sense and tries to make life difficult. i am glad i do not have to face these nuts anymore. well.. all thanks to you too... you make me realise and learn about the real working world. there are indeed horrible people like you around. i had learnt a lesson and it shall be a valuable experience that i bring along with me to a new environment.

somehow when you grow older, you tend to understand better of yourself. what you want. what you desire and hope to achieve. there is more to discover about myself .... =)

Well.. i built my current department from scratch. To see it grow. To see it get better. To understanding what mechanics and products work. Now i got to let it go. A little unwilling to....
The footprints left behind were fond memories with closest colleagues. What i brought with me were great experiences which not many will have. The road ahead might be tough but it might also be worth looking forward to.

Inter store transfers are part and parcel retailing. I have been through so many. I should not feel so sad. SMILE. =)

I somehow lost my motivation to work. I am not happy. But I know this is the type of job I like.

I am tired and stress from school. But I accepted it and I chose this path. But I don't seem to get the type of motivation at work. Evil out there is creating trouble every now and then. Uneasy. Hate her!

Maybe I was in a too protected environment back then. Now I am left alone standing in the field, fighting my own war.

I need a new job but companies do not seem keen to hire me. Because I am still doing part time study. I cant blame them and I do understand.

I am stuck in my current part of my life. I have lost all sense of directions.

Many a times when we have to make a decision we have many factors to consider. What benefits me? What are my opportunities? How much? And the list just goes on and on......

When X provides great oppotunity for you, the benefits received is low. Y gives very good benefit and chances to learn but the future seems so cloudy. Nothing is perfect man. Time is also very important. When you have what it takes but the time seems not right to make the move. Or i can say at that time the chances of getting what you desire is low. How?? I don'y know!

I am at the junction of the cross road now. many paths for me to choose from. where will each lead me to? I need to move on but there are so many hurdles ahead for me to clear. SIGH!

Crabby Poisonous

I really think that the BBQ crab is poisonous. My face (escpecially) and body itched after my jog just now. To my horror my nose and mouth area was exceptionally swollen and itchy. I'm glad now the swell has subsided but still a little itching though. At least my face looks normal now. Thank god!

My 1 day JB trip wif my bros was just great!! Also a day to celebrate we january babies' birthday. City Square shopping centre at JB is easily accessible. It is a place to consider visiting whe you get bored of our little red dot! Very cheap food too. We had lunch at Kim Gary Hong Kong Cafe which got us really full. And it costs us only S$8 with some many things we ordered. Did some shopping too. Well... not too bad... certain things r still worth buying. It is a nice place to shop and will visit it again. =)

Looking back. 2009 had been fruitful. A big change of work environment. Successfully enrolled to university. Made many new friends. Created stronger and closer bonds with my bros, frenz and fellow colleagues. Going through ups and downs with family. I had cherished every moment.

Moving forward, I hope I can bring work to a higher level. Get good grades in the coming Degree course. Get my license. May all my family and frenx all have a good year ahead. And i just remembered.... I am turning 1 year older soon. =)

This is the busiest time of the year.

Shopping. Getting presents. Wrapping. Planning for meet up with various group of frenz.

Work. This month is the busiest time of the year with all the sales and events lined up. Everyday at work is a mad rush for me. With planning, communicating, selling, setting, training, briefing etc. But the month with the most job satisfaction and fufilment so far.

Xmas is just around the corner. 1 more day! had already received many great gifts from my colleagues and frens. appreciate the tots and effort. Hope you guys like what i got you too! =)

Life is rush but enjoyable. Its the season of greeting and giving. Let's all enjoy to the fullest. Happy Holiday!

XMas Orchard 09

The thing i like about my job is that i am able to try and experience many different things. This time round i was given the job of a "Bus Conductor" (as what Hatjah calls it). We provided free bus shuttle service tour from City Square Mall to Orchard to view the Xmas lightings. Thus, supervisors are rostered to have tour bus duty to assist all our passengers. Last weekend was my duty and I boarded the last bus to have a view of our Christmas Orchard Road. Somehow or rather without the lightings and decorations the Christmas feel is never there. Can you imagine no light up or decorations on the Christmas season?? Took some photos using my Omnia. Enjoy! Please bear with me as I am no good photograher. Hah! =D

I was really tired after a day at work. In fact I did overtime today. Was looking forward to having a great rest after work.

Walking home restlessly... opened the letterbox as usual before heading home. My hearbeat jumped faster when I saw a huge brownish yellow envelope in my letterbox. At first thought was it my Mc Donald confirmation prize letter.. but on second thought it should be a registered mail. When I turned it over and saw the logo on the top left hand corner i got more nervous. SIM!!!!

Opened it immediately and read the details immediately. I sprang to joy when I read that my application for my uni course is a success. A sigh of relieve for all my worries finally. As I am sitting in front of my laptop typing now I am very tired but still very excited!

It is a step forward to my education and career. A step forward towards realising my target set for myself. The days ahead will be tough but with purpose and determination I will get through all these.

Dec 21, 2012.... will it happen? End of the world?

This movie is not really about end of the world. More towards natural disaster causing destruction to the world. And the possible conspiracy on the governments of all nation and how selfish an individual can be when faced with a difficult situtation. I feel that it is quite a worth watch. The graphics are good and some of the scenes shows the many beautiful scenery around the world such as Africa, Tibet, Brazil, Italy, China, India etc..... The story plot to save each others life adds quite a tinge of thrill to the movie. Overall rating... GOOD!

The end is just the beginning.

when the carton came toppling down....

while i was trying to put up the carton of stocks on the shelving to not obstruct the passage way. My first reaction then was to support it because it was falling on me! Unfortunately, the impact was too big from the BIG box that it caused my right thumb to bend backwards. Still the horrible big box fell onto my head. The pain on my finger was so intense. Soon after my whole palm area beneath my right thumb start to swell and my thumb could not bend.

After seeing the doctor I was sent to SATA for a xray to further assure that there is no fracture. It is still painful now and a little swelling is presence. I am still waiting for the results. Judging myself I think there is no fracture. It should be fine and I really hope so......

Super bored at home. Nothing to do and I cant do much with my stupid thumb like that. I have 9 fingers healthy but without 1 thumb some movements are still very resticted. Now i finally realised how important my thumb is!!!

Perfection.

Does not exists in this world. No matter how much you yearn for. You work for. There will always be flaws found. Some may not agree with my statements above. As for me, in my 23 years of life, perfect has never occurred to me.

Struggle is the word i use to describe this morning. I think I worked too hard yesterday. After 9 hours of undisturbed sleep still i could not open my eyes this morning. Driving lessons as usual. Planned to sleep but as promised made I went to help Jun buy her facial wash at Paragon. Met my sorely missed colleagues. Felt so much at home. So happy to see all of them once again. Chatted with them for quite some time. Visited my ex dept. Saw the in the process of renovating storeroom. Its HUMONGOUS! I was pretty much enjoying myself and even felt like I am still working there. I woke up from my dream after i left.

Back to reality. I do enjoy my work at my current department. And i like what i am doing. It is the family environment that i miss. This family culture do exists currently but not strong enough. It is a collaborative effort. Only that things can work out.

Perfect??? I yearn for it. Be it in my career, home, self expectations. Till now i had never felt that. But i learn to accept and be satisfied with what I have. Be glad with what i have now. Sometimes when we expect too much it will result in disappointment. Thus, be satisfied with whatever i have now. At least to say i am still a lucky chap. =)

Work has been rather hectic lately with promotions, official opening, planning, and bla bla bla (which will never ever end). Damn tiring. Its mental tiredness and stress at times. Was really tired after work today. Suppose to go back at 1.30pm but ended up leaving at 2.40pm. ~rolleys~

However, i was brightened up when the bell rang at 4pm while i was facebook-ing. The first thing that came to my mind was my PARCEL from SEOUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i was not disappointed after 5 days it arrived and i was really satisfied with my long sleeve orange tee i got from this seller. Try G Market people!! there are great deals on this site. however be prepared to get sellers who are really slow. i have another tee which i placed my order before my orange tee and it has not even been sent out from the seller. still on "Request" status. Its my first online purchased item and will continue to surf for more!!!!

Shrinking Appetite

My appetite have been shrinking ever since my horrid gastric-nauseous problem last week. I will feel the food taken in at the brim of my throat on the verge of vomiting after every meal. It will take me about an hour or so for that thing in my throat to move down to my stomach. Thus, I am restricting from eating too much which causes me to feel damn terrible after meal. What's wrong with me?

Tiring week

It has been quite a tiring week....

Mon till Fri worked. Busy Busy Busy. Planning n liasing with respective vendors for stocks, events and blah blah blah...

Mon worked half day and went to Haji Lane to shop. Rain Rain Rain. Still manage to get a green checkered shirt from Victoria Jomo. =)

Wed woke up at 6.30am to visit MO for my PES review. $24 bucks of cab fare. And i seriously hope this is the last time i have to go back to visit the MO again. Give me a permanent PES status please!!

Thurs the sick bugs and virus attacked me once again. Gastric problem. Uneasy. Consulted doctor after trying to bear with the pain but to no avail. Went home. Fever attacked me. Slept from 8pm till 7.30am the next day.

Fri. Still feeling uneasy. Report to work. Busy again. Still went BBQ at Alanis and Mervyn condo. Love the interior decor especially their room. It's Superb! Great gathering session and we became kids once again with the water attack. Went home all wet. Yes.. took train drenched!

Sat. Meet up with bros. Went Fred Perry to buy our polo and shirts. It is pretty hilarious on how the sales person behave changed upon knowing that I was a customer who ever wrote in a complain letter on their horrible service. A 180 degrees change in attitude. Must a complain wake these people up? And only provide best service to unhappy customers for the sake of doing?? A little disappointed. Mahjong as usual at Poh Wei place. The best game so far. =)

Well... thats about all. Sometimes really too tired to blog. Only on my offdays when i will have the time to blog. Tml shall be another busy day again...
